Collaborative Design & Feasibility
Instead of guessing, we provide clarity. During the Concept Design stage, we prepare a Feasibility Study that looks at your Total Project Investment, including site costs, design fees, and build costs. We provide a realistic low-to-high budget range before you commit to detailed drawings, preventing costly redesigns later.
Budget Certainty & Fixed-Price Contract
Clarity builds confidence. By completing the Interior Design & Selections phase before the contract is signed, we can provide a comprehensive Fixed-Price Contract. This means you start the build with complete financial clarity and no hidden surprises.
Guided Construction

In contrast, our Feasibility Studies and Detailed Proposals involve our estimating team spending weeks analysing your specific plans, site conditions, and selections. We charge a professional fee because we are providing you with accurate, buildable financial data and a guaranteed price, not just a guess.
